Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Zambia Revenue Authority. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any related services, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Platform
You may use the platform only for lawful business and communication purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful content, or use the platform in a way that may disrupt service for others.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify the platform promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Payments and Activation
Where services are tied to paid packages, access may remain pending until payment is confirmed and the account is manually approved. Package limits, feature availability, and activation status may depend on the selected plan and administrative approval.
4. Communications and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that emails, reminders, and SMS messages sent through the platform comply with applicable laws, consent rules, and communication standards in your jurisdiction. The platform may suspend features if misuse, abuse, or compliance concerns are detected.
5. Data and Content
You retain responsibility for the customer data, messages, images, attachments, and other content you upload or send using the platform. You confirm that you have the right to use such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
6. Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. While we aim to keep the platform reliable and available, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed, especially where third-party providers, integrations, or scheduled maintenance are involved.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including downtime, delivery failures from third-party channels, or loss caused by user error.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is non-payment, misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or regulatory concern. You may also stop using the platform at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations or active service commitments.
Dormant accounts may also be automatically deactivated after 30 day(s) of inactivity and permanently deleted after 90 day(s) of inactivity, unless otherwise required for legal, billing, or compliance reasons.
9. Updates to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
